Artist's Comments

This is a model invented by Eric Joisel, a french origamist and one of the few proffesional origami artists in the West. That is his impressive web: [link]
I folded the orange fish for an art trade with my friend Zuza :iconcut-box: She sent me a wonderful portrait =), my portrait  I am lucky because she is a wonderful artist =D
The red fish is just a first try of the model. Both fishes look different. This is because I didn't understand the instructions
to fold the tail so I improvised and because the model has a lot of modeling in the end.
Folded with a 7" square. Foilbacked paper with tissue paper and varnished.
I hope you like it.
Author of the model: Eric Joisel.
Folded by: Me.
Diagrams: Yes, in the Origami Tanteidan Convention 10.

Aww they're so shiny! The difference is what makes them unique. ;)

The difference between a hero and a villain is one really bad day.
Hmm, I think that if I try to fold this fish I third time, I would be different too, because I am not able to fold two identical fishes :P
Thanks for your comment =)

98% of people on DA claim they don't read signatures. Copy and paste this into your siggy if you're one of the people who read this to see what stupid made-up statistic it had.

Ozzy was standing at the top of a spiral staircase butt naked yelling "I'm the king of my house!" and then the gardner knocks on the door so I open it and the gardner sees Ozzy and I was like (really politely) "Have you met my husband, ozzy?"
